A decant is a smaller bottle filled with liquid from an original manufacturer's fragrance bottle. This allows you to try luxury scents at a fraction of the cost before committing to a full-size purchase.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-7 business days, while international shipping times vary depending on the destination and customs processing.
Can I return a sample if I don't like the scent?
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on decants. We recommend reading scent profiles carefully before purchasing to ensure the best experience.
What sizes do you offer?
We offer a variety of sizes to suit your needs, typically ranging from 1ml glass vials to 2ml, 5ml, and 10ml travel-sized spray atomizers.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives leaked or broken, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged item, and we will arrange for a replacement or store credit.
